Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Holiday Consultant to join our Mulund West franchise team. You will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel experiences for both Domestic and International (Outbound) destinations. The ideal candidate is a destination expert with a proven track record in sales, itinerary design, and high-touch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Itinerary Design: End-to-end planning of Domestic and Outbound holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
Destination Expertise: Staying updated on travel trends and regulations across India and key global markets.
Consultative Sales: Understanding traveler requirements and providing expert advice on destinations, visas, and local experiences.
Stakeholder Coordination: Working closely with Product and Operations teams to secure offline rates and ensure seamless execution.
Costing & Quotations: Developing accurate pricing models for travel plans, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: At least 2 years + of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
Destination Knowledge: Deep expertise in India (Domestic), Middle East (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Maldives, Mauritius, South East Asia, and Europe.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch to premium clients.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle complex costing sheets and travel CRM tools.
