We are a leading provider of power backup solutions and an authorized OEM for Escorts Kubota diesel generators. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Patiala, Punjab, to drive growth and expand our market presence.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth in the generator industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the power backup or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the generator and power backup solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Drive sales growth by targeting key sectors such as industrial, commercial, and residential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Punjab, with a focus on Bathinda.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
