We are looking for a highly driven Sourcing Team Lead who can generate leads through channel partners and direct sourcing, while managing a team of sourcing executives.
This role is critical in building a strong broker network, ensuring consistent lead flow, and driving site visits for the closing team.
- Drive primary lead generation through field sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and expand a strong channel partner (broker) network
- Ensure achievement of daily/weekly sourcing targets
- Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Executives
- Allocate targets and track individual performance
- Provide on-ground support and regular training
- Onboard and activate channel partners and brokers
- Conduct broker meets, CP engagement activities, and site visits
- Ensure consistent lead flow and quality from CPs
- Coordinate with the closing/sales team for smooth lead handover
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure proper updates in CRM systems
- Maintain daily/weekly sourcing MIS reports
- Monitor:
- Lead quality
- Site visit ratios
- Conversion metrics
- Share performance insights with Site Head / Management
- Minimum 4+ years in real estate sourcing / channel sales
- At least 2 years experience as Team Lead
- Strong broker network in Navi Mumbai market
- Proven experience in lead generation and team handling
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
