We are looking for an all-rounder Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our 6-room boutique guesthouse and the complete guest experience.
Person needs to be an all-rounder, willing to help with housekeeping, service, etc. when staff is overloaded.
We are looking for someone highly proactive, and calm under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, service, gardening and maintenance.
- Anticipate operational requirements, especially during back-to-back bookings, and arrange manpower/resources in advance.
- Handle guest concerns calmly, firmly and with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure property decorum and house rules are maintained.
- Help with housekeeping, kitchen or service when the team is busy. No-ego, hands-on attitude is essential.
- Ensure SOPs are followed with patience and consistent reinforcement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Hospitality education/background; degree or diploma in hotel management preferred.
- Can read and write English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with smartphones, laptops and learning new technology.
- Own transport preferred.
- Patient and respectful with staff.
ADDITIONAL INFO
- Live-out role with no fixed working hours.
- We can provide accommodation if required.
- The manager needs to be present when guests are at the property, including late nights when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
