Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage the company's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, promotional creatives, reels, videos, and marketing content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, content calendars, and digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor trends, audience insights, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports and analyze social media and website analytics.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity, and business growth initiatives.
HR & Administration Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and administrative activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee-related data and records.
- Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, HR Administration, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, photo editing, and video editing tools.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, recruitment, administration, or related functions.
