The Graduate Engineer Trainee will join the Supplier Quality team and work closely with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to support supplier quality performance and resolve quality issues. The role will provide hands-on exposure to supplier quality management, corrective action, quality documentation, supplier changes, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Investigate supplier-related quality issues identified on the production line and support timely resolution.
Coordinate with suppliers on containment actions and corrective and preventive actions through quality reports.
Support evaluation and approval of supplier change requests in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
Review supplier quality documentation, including PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and other applicable quality records.
Support monitoring of supplier compliance with applicable quality requirements and certifications, including ISO standards.
Upload, maintain, and organize supplier quality documentation within designated organizational systems.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving supplier quality and process performance.
Support quality issue tracking and follow-up to ensure agreed actions are completed effectively and on time.
Participate in supplier quality improvement and problem-solving activities as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
Positive attitude, learning agility, and willingness to develop technical and supplier quality knowledge.
Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in supplier quality, quality inspection, incoming or outgoing inspection, process inspection, or manufacturing.
Basic understanding of quality tools and manufacturing quality processes.
Familiarity with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and corrective action processes.
Exposure to ISO or other quality management standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
