Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor adherence to planned output, quality, and timelines.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including coordination with 3PLs, couriers, and in-house transport.
- Manage inventory control: stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO practices, expiry monitoring, and shrinkage reduction.
- Maintain and update operational documentation: SOPs, production logs, quality checklists, and shipment records.
- Liaise with procurement and vendors for timely material availability, vendor performance tracking, and resolving supply issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards at plant and warehouse.
- Support implementation of process improvements, cost-saving measures, and productivity initiatives.
- Track KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, production yield, order fulfillment rate) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with quality assurance for batch releases, non-conformance handling, and corrective actions.
- Assist in manpower planning and supervision of floor staff, including shift coordination and basic training.
- Handle ad-hoc operational issues and escalate critical matters to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, production, or supply chain — FMCG/food industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with food safety/GMP practices and regulatory norms.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP/WMS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
