Job Summary
We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for our International BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during customer interactions.
- Update customer records and call dispositions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: HSC/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹8,516.71 - ₹30,839.13 per month
