Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B industrial product sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling existing clients, generating new business opportunities, promoting industrial products, and driving profitable sales growth in the assigned territory.
Candidates from industrial sectors such as Auto, Auto Ancillary, Machine Tools, Factory Automation, Process Automation, Heavy Industry, Engineering OEMs, and Agricultural Equipment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the products handled by the company and recommend suitable solutions based on customer application requirements.
- Manage existing customers efficiently and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Identify and develop potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Handle key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote company products to prospective customers and increase business volume.
- Monitor the sales funnel, market trends, and competitor activities proactively.
- Drive profitable growth for all represented products within the assigned region.
- Ensure profit-oriented sales and maintain healthy margins in all transactions.
- Analyze customer consumption patterns and convert customers to the company’s represented brands/products.
- Plan and execute sales promotional activities such as product trials, demonstrations, trainings, seminars, and performance observations.
- Conduct market surveys and report changing customer requirements and industry trends to management.
- Maintain and submit customer visit reports, CRM updates, and weekly sales reports to management.
- Be flexible and willing to work in any assigned territory as per business requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
