Position Details
- Position: MERN Stack Trainer
- Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and real-time project mentoring.
- Design course curricula, assignments, assessments, and full-stack development projects.
- Train students on REST API development, JWT authentication, Git, deployment, and industry best practices.
- Guide learners in building production-ready full-stack web applications.
- Possess a basic understanding of Figma for UI design collaboration.
- Create and maintain basic software documentation, including SRS, technical documentation, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with REST API development, JWT authentication, Git, and application deployment (AWS, VPS, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend development practices is an added advantage.
- Previous training, mentoring, or teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on experience in real-world full-stack development projects will be an added advantage.
