As a CA Office Assistant, you will manage daily accounting and compliance tasks to support the firm’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting: Maintain ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, and handle data entry in Tally or QuickBooks.
- Taxation: Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Audit Support: Organize financial documents and verify vouchers for audit checks.
- Administration: Manage client files, track statutory deadlines, and handle professional correspondence.
Requirements: A degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations.
