Job Title: Recruitment Executive (IT Sourcing & Full-Cycle Hiring)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven IT Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and pipeline management for diverse technical roles while working entirely from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical requisitions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit), Boolean search strings, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary screening calls to assess technical aptitude, communication, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate engagement from offer stage through onboarding to ensure low drop-off rates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases (ATS/CRM).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of tech stacks, software development roles, and industry terminology.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Mandatory Remote Setup Requirements
- Own personal computer or laptop (functional, updated OS).
- High-speed, stable broadband internet connection with power backup.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
