- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
