About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of high-end residential interior projects. This role is critical in ensuring that design intent is translated accurately on site, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and coordination between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-outs
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and design standards
- Monitor workmanship quality across carpentry, civil, electrical, and finishing works
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports
2. Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients on site
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve site-level challenges
- Ensure timely communication of design changes and updates to all stakeholders
3. Planning & Scheduling
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Coordinate material deliveries and site readiness
- Anticipate delays and proactively address bottlenecks
4. Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to Studio standards and detailing requirements
- Check finishes, joinery details, and installations for accuracy
- Maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and progress updates
- Assist in measurement verification and billing support
- Report progress, issues, and risks to the internal team regularly
6. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure site safety protocols are followed by all workers and vendors
- Maintain clean and organized work environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in interior project site supervision (residential preferred)
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools
