Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Quick Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online marketplace and quick commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in seller onboarding, product listing and catalogue management, inventory coordination, order processing, platform performance monitoring, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Handle seller and platform onboarding processes.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings and catalogues.
- Coordinate inventory availability and ensure accurate product information.
- Monitor order processing, fulfillment, and delivery performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer experience.
- Track sales performance, platform metrics, and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and overall marketplace performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in managing e-commerce and quick commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of product catalogue management, onboarding processes, order fulfillment, and inventory coordination.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet business targets.
