Picking, packing, and segregation of stocks as per order and customer requirements.
Assist in billing operations using the Shoper billing system whenever required.
Receive, verify, and arrange in-warded stocks by brand and category.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward, outward, and transfers).
Perform stock counting and assist in stock audits periodically.
Handle vehicle loading and ensure proper documentation before dispatch.
Deliver stock or materials to customer warehouses or transporters as directed.
Track dispatches and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support in preparing E-way bills, E-invoices, and basic Excel-based reports.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the warehouse.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams for smooth stock flow.
Take initiative in organizing stock racks, warehouse layout, and daily operational efficiency.
Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRNs, vouchers, and dispatch records for audits.
