- Curriculum Planning: Design and execute creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using storytelling, games, and hands-on activities.
- Student Supervision: Ensure the constant safety and well-being of children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Social & Emotional Guidance: Teach basic manners, empathy, and conflict resolution, acting as an early role model.
- Progress Tracking: Observe children to identify developmental milestones or behavioral challenges and maintain detailed progress records.
- Parent Communication: Hold regular check-ins to report on child achievements, behavior, and daily routines.
