About the Role
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Officer to strengthen our Automotive Aftermarket Sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with proven expertise in Two-Wheeler Spare Parts, Distributor Management, and Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
- Generate new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, mechanics, and fleet customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Support distributors in achieving business objectives and improving sales performance.
- Ensure timely collections and effective inventory management.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and business ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, or MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Two-Wheeler Spare Parts aftermarket is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of channel sales, distributor handling, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
