We are seeking an experienced F-Card Holder with strong expertise in customs clearance and customer service. The role involves end-to-end handling of import/export shipments, regulatory compliance, and proactive coordination with clients, transporters, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
Customs Clearance Operations
- Handle end-to-end customs clearance for import/export shipments
- Prepare and file Bills of Entry / Shipping Bills through ICEGATE
- Ensure accurate HS classification, valuation, and duty calculation
- Liaise with customs officials, CFS, port authorities, and other stakeholders
- Manage examination, assessment, and Out of Charge (OOC) processes
Compliance & Documentation
- Verify and process shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs regulations
- Handle DG cargo compliance (e.g., lithium batteries, hazardous goods)
- Coordinate for licenses/certifications (DGFT, BIS, EPR, etc.)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and records
Customer Service & Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers
- Provide real-time updates on shipment status and clearance progress
- Address customer queries, escalations, and exception handling
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and shipping lines for timely movement
- Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track shipment milestones and identify delays
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
- Highlight risks such as detention, demurrage, or compliance issues
- Suggest corrective actions and process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid F-Card License (Customs Broker License – Individual)
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in customs clearance & logistics operations
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of customs laws, tariff classification, and EXIM procedures
- Hands-on experience with ICEGATE / EDI systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure situations
- Knowledge of DGFT regulations and documentation
Pay: ₹318,951.97 - ₹919,738.31 per year
