We're Hiring – Workshop Advisor
Location: Northeast Auto Creations, Guwahati
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Automobile Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Advisor / Service Advisor.
Strong knowledge of automobile repairs and maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Must have a good customer network and relationship-building ability.
Ability to generate repeat business through customer engagement.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in workshop operations.
