Warehouse Incharge
1. Inventory Management & Auditing:
Conduct regular physical stock audits & reconcile them with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking and ensure timely reordering.
Manage inbound (goods receipt) and outbound (dispatch) operations with strict quality checks.
2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
Supervise the processing of orders, including packing, labelling, and generating shipping documents.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and internal departments (sales/e-commerce) to meet delivery timelines (SLAs).
Manage return processes (reverse logistics) efficiently.
3. Team Coordination:
Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and manage the performance of warehouse staff and loaders.
Train employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
4. Safety & Compliance:
Enforce health & safety regulations (e.g. proper stacking, fire safety using PPE).
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, often adhering to 5S or Lean methodologies.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
Maintain accurate inward/outward registers and handle invoice-related documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3years to 10 years of proven experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory operations with strong leadership & problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
