About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute the company's marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in jewellery branding, retail marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, customer engagement, and team management. The role requires driving brand visibility, increasing footfall, and supporting sales growth across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital, print, radio, influencer, and event marketing campaigns.
- Lead festive, wedding, and seasonal jewellery campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive showroom footfall through local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Oversee social media marketing, website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online reputation management.
- Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Management teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, creative agencies, digital partners, printers, influencers, photographers, and media houses.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring cost-effective utilization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of jewellery retail marketing.
- Expertise in brand management and campaign execution.
- Digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics).
- Experience in CRM and customer retention programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Budget planning and vendor management experience.
- Creative mindset with attention to market trends and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience handling multi-location retail marketing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
