### Role Objective
As a Credit Manager, you will be the technical backbone of the loan procurement process. Your primary goal is to assess the creditworthiness of business clients, bridge the gap between their financial data and bank requirements, and ensure that loan files are structured to secure the best possible rates and government benefits.
### Key Responsibilities
- Credit Underwriting & Analysis: Perform end-to-end analysis of loan files, including Balance Sheet scrutiny, Profit & Loss evaluation, and Cash Flow assessment.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive CMA Data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) and detailed Financial Projections for the next 3–5 years.
- Ratio Analysis: Calculate and interpret critical lending metrics, with a heavy focus on DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), Interest Coverage, and Debt-Equity ratios.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct in-depth CIBIL/Experian analysis to identify repayment trends and potential red flags.
- Banking Scrutiny: Analyze 6–12 months of bank statements to verify business turnover, cheque bounces, and over-utilization of limits.
- Liaising: Engage in technical discussions with Bank Managers and Credit Officers to justify the financial viability of a case and push for sanctions.
- Subsidy Identification: Assist in identifying eligibility for government grants, subsidies, and industry-specific financial benefits.
### Candidate Requirements
- Education: CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate (1st Group cleared mandatory). Or Any finance graduates with relevant experience.
Note: Candidates not pursuing further groups are preferred to ensure long-term stability.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a CA Firm or Tax/Finance Consultancy. Internship/Articleship experience is fully counted.
- Technical Skills: * Mandatory: Mastery of Accounting Fundamentals and Finalization.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally (Formulas, Projections, Data Linking).
- Preferred: Prior knowledge of Loan Products (OD/CC, Term Loans, LAP).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial logic clearly to external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
