Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and documentation activities of our solar company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining project records, preparing reports, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents and records.
- Handle customer documentation for net metering, KSEB approvals, and subsidy applications.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office files.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and customers regarding documentation requirements.
- Manage data entry and update project status in company software/Excel sheets.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and government departments for document submissions and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of solar project documentation and KSEB procedures will be an added advantage.
