We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Compliance Team. The role involves supporting regulatory documentation, compliance reviews, project cost analysis, and financial aspects of regulatory submissions relating to real estate projects governed under the RERA Act, 2016.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Documentation
- Review financial information forming part of regulatory documentation submitted under RERA.
- Assist in analysis of project cost structures, estimated project costs, and cost allocation.
- Support preparation and review of regulatory submissions and financial disclosures.
- Ensure consistency of information across various compliance documents and submissions.
- Review financial information from a compliance and documentation perspective.
Regulatory & Analytical Support
- Support interpretation of financial reporting requirements under the RERA Act and related regulations.
- Assist in aligning project information with regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Analyse financial aspects of project documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and technical teams for compliance-related inputs.
- Support preparation and presentation of information required for regulatory filings.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients for financial information required for regulatory submissions.
- Assist in maintaining structured records and compliance documentation.
- Track pending information and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
