Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and promoting IT solutions to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development, websites, mobile applications, or digital solutions.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
