We are hiring a Customer Care Executive in Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for candidates with good communication and language fluency to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up when required.
- Assist with day-to-day customer service activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and language fluency.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
