Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of genuine spare parts.
- Monitor spare parts sales and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with service and workshop teams to meet parts requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Analyze demand patterns and plan stock accordingly.
- Handle vendor and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise the spares team.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and profitability.
