- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring SAP Financial Supply Chain Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions within the SAP environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM and other SAP or third-party systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to credit management and financial workflows.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
