- Provide help and support to your customers through tele-counselling
- Generate leads or close sales, depending on the goal of the company
- Create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on the tele-counselling conversation
- Check-in with existing clients
- Branch out and find potential customers through tele-counselling work
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Previous experience in a tele-counselling job or similar role
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
