Customer Support Engineer – Field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for laboratory instruments. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation and commissioning of equipment
Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair support
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments
Handle customer complaints and resolve technical issues quickly
Train customers on product usage and basic maintenance
Prepare service reports and maintain documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics)
Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
Fresher/ 1–3 years of field service or customer support experience
Knowledge of lab equipment (pH meter, testing instruments, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel regularly for field visits
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience in installation and calibration
Strong customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, service reporting)
Ability to work independently in field conditions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
