Core Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to prospective clients; handle incoming calls to assist customers with product inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Pitch products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the field or closing sales teams.
- Query Resolution: Address customer uncertainties, grievances, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call outcomes, and feedback.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
- Follow-Ups: Call back interested prospects, send requested information, and foster long-term customer relationships.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Must be fluent in the local language and English.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and convince tough prospects.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Resilience: High tolerance for stress, rejection, and pressure.
- Education: Minimum of a 12th pass; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
