About Us
ISHA HOMES is a fast-growing real estate company specializing in DTCP & RERA approved residential plots in and around Trichy. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer appointments and bookings.
Update customer details and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Assist customers throughout the booking and registration process.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Any Degree (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
Customer handling and relationship management skills
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
