Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Check quality of construction work and ensure compliance with standards.
- Review drawings and identify site-level issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress records.
- Monitor work progress and support timely completion of project activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the site.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager for site requirements and issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and material requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in residential building / real estate construction projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
