Position: Junior HR Executive
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Salary: ₹12,000 per month
Eligibility:
- MBA (HR) graduates/final-year students
- Any graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment and candidate coordination
- Conducting resume screening and interview scheduling
- Supporting employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with attendance management and HR operations
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assisting with HR policies and compliance activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
