- Supervise daily site activities and ensure strict adherence to structural drawings & IS codes
- Manage concrete curing, steel reinforcement (TMT bar) placement, and foundation alignment
- Maintain material reconciliation, site logs, and daily progress reports (DPR)
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and sub-contractors for smooth execution
