We are hiring experienced Client / Engagement Leads to join our team and take ownership of client relationships, project outcomes, and business success across our AI-powered revenue performance engagements.
As a Client / Engagement Lead, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for both client satisfaction and delivery success. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every engagement achieves the outcomes promised to the client while maintaining strong relationships, clear communication, and operational excellence.
You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI specialists, Growth Strategists, and client stakeholders to align execution with business objectives, manage expectations, and drive measurable results.
- Own the overall success of client engagements and the business outcomes committed to the client.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering, AI, analytics, and performance marketing resources to achieve client objectives.
- Manage engagement scope, priorities, timelines, risks, and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address issues that may impact delivery or outcomes.
- Provide transparent and honest status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead recovery efforts when projects encounter challenges, delays, or performance issues.
- Translate client needs, goals, and feedback into actionable plans for delivery teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure engagements remain aligned with commercial objectives and performance commitments.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and long-term partnership success.
- Proven experience managing client relationships, project delivery, or strategic engagements.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
