About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GTM / Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to drive revenue growth by aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. This role will own revenue processes, funnel optimization, CRM strategy, reporting, forecasting, lead management, and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B SaaS environments and understands how to build scalable revenue engines that improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations Strategy
- Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue funnel from lead generation through customer retention and expansion.
- Develop scalable processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Partner with leadership on revenue planning and growth initiatives.
- Establish revenue operations best practices to support sustainable growth.
GTM Operations
- Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market expansion.
- Define and maintain ICPs, segmentation strategies, and territory planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and pipeline quality.
- Build processes that support predictable revenue growth.
- Drive alignment across GTM functions to improve execution and outcomes.
CRM & Technology Management
- Own CRM strategy, governance, and optimization.
- Manage lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution models, and automation workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and reporting consistency.
- Work closely with marketing automation and sales enablement platforms.
- Evaluate and implement tools that improve operational efficiency and reporting.
Funnel & Pipeline Optimization
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Build dashboards to track pipeline health, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor lead velocity, win rates, deal cycles, and revenue trends.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting visibility.
- Recommend data-driven actions to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
International Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with international clients and stakeholders across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
- Support strategic business reviews and revenue discussions.
- Align GTM initiatives with client growth objectives.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across global teams and time zones.
- Provide operational insights that contribute to customer growth and retention.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
- Track KPIs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Support quarterly and annual planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams around common revenue goals.
- Establish operational best practices and scalable processes.
- Drive accountability through metrics, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Act as a strategic partner to department leaders to improve business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and customer lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, revenue processes, and sales operations.
- Demonstrated success improving pipeline generation, conversion rates, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with international teams and global customers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or scale-up environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, customer success operations, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience building or scaling Revenue Operations functions.
- Exposure to US, European, Middle East, or APAC markets.
- Experience managing complex GTM motions involving Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Important Note
This role is specifically intended for candidates with significant B2B SaaS Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations experience. Candidates without relevant SaaS experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
