Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onboarding
- New Hire Orientation: Conduct comprehensive onboarding for new housekeeping staff, covering brand standards, grooming, and departmental policies.
- Practical Instruction: Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, bed-making procedures, chemical handling, and equipment usage.
- Continuous Education: Develop and deliver ongoing training modules for existing staff to correct performance gaps and introduce new cleaning technologies or sustainability practices.
Quality Assurance & SOP Compliance
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure all staff strictly adhere to documented SOPs for room cleaning, public areas, and laundry operations.
- Health & Safety: Train staff on OSHA/local safety regulations, proper lifting techniques, bloodborne pathogens, and handling hazardous materials (Safety Data Sheets).
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular room inspections and shadow staff to identify areas needing improvement and provide immediate, constructive feedback.
Administrative & Performance Tracking
- Training Logs: Maintain accurate records of all completed training, certifications, and compliance signatures for each employee.
- Material Development: Create and update training manuals, visual aids, quick-reference guides, and digital training content.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to assess staff performance and determine when trainees are ready to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations (preferably in a luxury hotel, cruise ship, or healthcare facility), with at least 1 year in a supervisory or training capacity.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of cleaning chemicals, industrial equipment, infection control, and OSHA safety standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Certifications: Train-the-Trainer certification or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Department Trainer) are a strong plus.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
