Job Title: Pharmacy Incharge

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Pharmacy Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our retail pharmacy outlet. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the store, maintain inventory, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations efficiently
- Ensure proper dispensing of medicines as per prescription
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Track expiry, damages, and slow-moving items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
3. Team Management
- Supervise and guide pharmacists and support staff
- Prepare duty schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Train team members on SOPs and customer service
4. Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer support and handle queries
- Ensure accurate billing and smooth customer experience
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain records of invoices, prescriptions, and stock
- Coordinate with auditors and management when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm with valid license
- 2–5 years of experience in retail pharmacy
- Experience in handling store operations or as Incharge preferred
- Strong knowledge of medicines and inventory management
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pharmacy software / billing systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
