Position Overview
Winsol Hybrid Power Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aerodynamics Intern to join our engineering team. The intern will assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of aerodynamic systems related to renewable energy and advanced mobility solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in aerodynamic modeling, simulation, testing, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in aerodynamic design and analysis of products and components.
- Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and interpret results.
- Support the development and optimization of wind energy and hybrid power systems.
- Analyze airflow, drag, lift, and thermal performance characteristics.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and design teams on project requirements.
- Participate in prototype testing, data collection, and performance evaluation.
- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices in aerodynamics and renewable energy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- CFD modeling and simulation.
- Data analysis and technical reporting.
- CAD design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and wind turbine aerodynamics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
