About the Role
Stylam Industries Limited is looking for a Telecaller to join its Marketing Department at the Head Office in Chandigarh. This role involves interacting with customers, supporting business development activities, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers, dealers, and business partners via calls
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and coordination
- Generate and manage leads through regular communication
- Ensure timely response to customer queries
- Meet assigned performance goals and maintain call quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English understanding preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support
- Ability to build rapport with customers
