- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Conduct social listening to identify opportunities and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
