- Pitch food packages to villa guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with guests to finalize food packages, communicate the details to the ground operations team, and ensure smooth delivery and reception.
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation in alignment with villa standards and guest expectations.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective budget management.
- Ensure after-sales service by following up with guests to assess their experience and liaising with the ground team accordingly.
- Handle escalations as and when they arise.
- Ensure reviews are collected in accordance with Ekostay standards.
- Conduct mandatory introduction calls with all guests, reiterating food rules.
- Allocate chefs as needed.
- Manage Airbnb reviews.
- Resolve any food-related problems.
