Real Capital Ventures is looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate high-quality residential property leads.
The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai markets while ensuring maximum ROI from digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for residential real estate projects.
- Generate high-quality qualified Google and Meta leads for the sales team.
- Create and manage campaigns targeting Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets for maximum campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Ads, preferably in the Residential Real Estate industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads for residential projects.
- Experience running campaigns for multiple regions, preferably Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Dubai.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and lead conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
