Job Summary:
The HR Generalist cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities of the organization. The role includes employee engagement, attendance management, office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure Time management & Strict adherance of Policies by employees
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure office discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Maintain office records, contracts, and utility payments.
- Support management in organizing meetings and events.
- Monitor facility management and workspace arrangements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Salary : Not a constraint to rightfull candidates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
