### Core Objective
Own the financial blueprint for all inbound revenue. You will turn corporate client briefs and government RFPs into highly accurate, airtight, and profitable commercial bids.
### Key Responsibilities
* *Budgeting:* Create detailed line-item costs for corporate briefs (production, tech, artist, fabrication).
* *Govt Tenders:* Decode RFP/RFQ documents and build compliant financial bids (BoQ, GST compliance).
* *Margin Protection:* Stress-test vendor quotes to eliminate inflation and maximize gross profit.
* *Turnaround: * Deliver fast, precise commercial proposals alongside the pitch team.
### Requirements
* *Industry Experience: * 5+ years of core costing/budgeting specifically in Events, BTL, or Exhibitions.
* *Tender Track Record:* Direct experience cracking financial bids for Government/PSU tenders.
* *Market Knowledge:* Deep, current understanding of actual vendor rates (fabrication, AV, infrastructure).
* *Execution:* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to maintain absolute accuracy under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
