Job Description:
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with technical teams, managing CRM, and converting enquiries into orders while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries via calls, emails, and web channels.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with technical/design teams.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Generate sales MIS and conversion reports.
