Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in the sales of concrete and construction equipment. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products such as Mobile Batching Plants, Compact Batching Plants, Concrete Transit Mixers (Truck Mixers), and related concrete equipment to contractors, ready-mix concrete (RMC) companies, infrastructure developers, builders, and project customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales capabilities, customer relationship management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the construction equipment industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Mobile Batching Plants, Compact Batching Plants, Concrete Truck Mixers, and allied concrete equipment.
- Identify potential customers including RMC plants, infrastructure contractors, builders, developers, and government project contractors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable equipment solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with service and spare parts teams to support customer needs.
Market Development
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect market intelligence and submit periodic sales reports.
Commercial Activities
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and payment collections.
- Support customers in arranging finance and leasing options where applicable.
Territory Management
- Plan and execute regular customer visits.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer engagement programs, and industry events.
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
