About the Role
Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience managing marketing teams, and a deep understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, social media growth strategies, brand positioning, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and projects.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Handle complete social media management including content planning, engagement, audience growth, and performance tracking.
- Build and strengthen brand awareness and brand positioning in the market.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
- Utilize AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and remarketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI innovations, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.
- Expertise in social media management .
- Strong understanding of brand building, campaign planning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
